Disclosure Policy
As Money Smart Fashion gets a little bigger and a little better each day (and because it's required by the FTC) I feel like I need to come clean.
1. I do not make (much) money off of this blog. But when I do it is through paid sponsorships, affliate marketing, and sometimes the sale of my own pre-owned goods. I do not at this time accept payment for sponsored posts nor will I ever accept compensation in exchange for a favorable product review.
2. Speaking of product reviews on occasion I agree to accept items from companies in exchange for a review on my blog. These reviews are based on my own opinion of the overall quality, asthetic, functionality, and price/value of the item. Any items that are accepted for free in exchange for a review will be noted.
3. Occasionally I will use the referral links that may result in a commission when clicked. I won't necessarily bring it to your attention, but I want you to know that maybe the case. If you are offended by this just remember the age old adage: If you click my links, I'll click yours.
4. Finally, I do use a tracking service to record pageviews, returning and unique visitors, and referral sources. In addition I use the comment forum disqus to enable me to respond to commentors on my blog. Any information collected through these services is for my eyes only. It is not sold to third party companies.
