I have been a bad blogger this week. SSBF took these pictures for me on Tuesday and I am just getting them up now. My schedule has been all out of whack, and I really hate it when that happens because I am slightly controlling.
Anyway, I am sure you have gathered from the title of the post but I am leaving for vacation tomorrow. The plan is to leave around 4 am to avoid any kind of traffic, but knowing SSBF and I it will probably be closer to 5. We are going to spend the week in the Outer Banks of North Carolina with my family. I look forward to this trip every year because its such a great break away from everything AND its a great excuse to not worry about doing my hair, although that has kind of a daily routine anyway.
Speaking of hair, I can't believe how long mine has gotten. It's like it came out of nowhere recently. I've been trying to grow it out for forever and it has finally gotten past the awkward length to a point where I don't feel like I need to straighten it everyday. Which leaves me wayy more time in the morning for say, catch-up blogging?
This outfit is nothing new for me, a button-up and a skirt. Surprise Surprise. I loved how it felt though, casual but not. You've seen this skirt before, and probably will many more times down the road. It's one of my favorites. If I ever did a "shop money smart fashion" page, this would never be on it... everything else could be up for grabs though.
Anyway, off to work for the last time this week I go.
Have a lovely weekend!
